Definitely makes you believe in the possibility of E.T. If we are that small and there are billions of other solar systems like ours.

No, it's Carolyn Porco at the Space Science Institute. She is the lead of the Cassini Imaging Team and in addition to being an excellent scientist, also has an appreciation for the importance of doing images like this that address the human aspects of scientific exploration rather than a specific scientific question. What an utterly amazing feat. It's really mentally crippling to try to grasp the achievements behind something like this photo.

Yeah, if you step back from the daily grind of living and think about this accomplishment, it really is a powerful testament to the kinds of things we can achieve if we choose to do so.
