Getting closer to making that 8 second 1/4 mile pass 1/10 at a time. After some more Dyno tuning by Quik Cyles got a 9.3 pass at Bandimere yesterday. Not sure if I'll be able to get a 8 second pass this year but will come close.

Congratulations on the time improvement, but I have to comment on that slip. Talk about a mismatch, I am assuming either he knew he redlighted and shut down or he broke.?

Hello,
yes that was me #B813. Thanks, it was a fun day out there to make some runs. You should bring your bike out. You will only need full leathers if you go over 120 mph or run 10.99 or quicker. We also have a all sportbike race on Fridays.

At T&T on Wednesday it is just heads up racing, no brackets, no "winners" etc. Just run against whatever you line up with, unless you want to run a friend in which case line up behind one another and let the worker know.

Thanks and just FYI this was just during test n tune so they line up anyone regardless of speed. As far as a mismatch, the same night, I was lined up against a old nitro front engine dragster, I just figured no big deal as he will take off and be so far ahead of me, I wont have to worry about it. Some of my buddies on bikes sat on the side lines snickering, ( that should have given me a clue) Well he had some problem on the starting line and about half way down the track I could here him coming and letting on and off the throttle so I knew he was either spinning the tires or getting sideways which scared the bajeebers out of me and than he finally went by me literally almost blowing me off the track...........................ahhhhhh, so much fun.

At PMP they won't let cars and bikes line up together. It's a good rule, but leads to an extra run or two every now and again.

What are you tweaking at this point to bring up the power? What is your current limiting factor? Traction, boost, fuel?

We're adjusting fuel/air mixture and running higher octane race gas but the limiting factors are the head bolts and head gaskets right now. The stock head bolts can only take 37lbs of torqueing them down and that tends to get the head gasket to leak. So will have to get bigger head bolts.

Well didnt do worth a crap at the races last night but finally broke 150 mph and ran a 9.1. My friend Ted Alegria ran a 8.3 at 167 mph on his Turbo Busa.
