How's the pavement? Tar snaked? Repaved? Terrible? Perfect?

I rode it last year and it was great, as always. I see no construction on Hwy 92 from the CDOT site, so no reason to think it's not the same today.

I road 92 for the first time last weekend. What an amazing 50 miles of highway!!! Might be my new favorite road in Colorado. Surface was in great shape and no construction.

mmmm... Black Canyon goodness. I've yet to hit that this year. Good to read that it's in decent shape still. :)
