I don't buy anything using Paypal unless it's buying from other people online. If I'm buying from a business, they take Discover or I shop elsewhere. Discover's fraud protection is hard to beat, though luckily I've never needed it. Sorry you got screwed, dare I suggest a road trip?

YOu can get most of these products from Amazon too, I ordered a 5.11 Double Duty TDU Belt from Amazon and it is great and Amazon will not mess up.
