Seeing as how my engine is now located on my work bench, I'm pretty much resigned to the transition to the snow for the winter, and letting the bike go into project status. Anybody else getting pumped for the snow? I got my epic pass a while ago so now I'm just waiting for A-basin. I heard it usually opens mid-oct, correct? I'm waiting on the Gov to open back up so I'm hoping they open soon so I can get some turns in before I have to get back to work.

Anyways, I figured there were some other folks and saving gas is always good so if anybody is looking to go up and rideshare, post it up. My contract start date is the the 15th so if A-basin opens up sometime before then, I'll definitely head up. After that, it's more dependent on the gov opening and I'll probably be stuck skiing on the weekends. Either way, I'll update the date as soon as A-basin puts up their opening date.

I just drove by A-basin yesterday. Looks like one run is almost ready. Already making snow, and a possible 10" tonight. I ride keystone/abay every Friday but I am already up here because of my job.

Looks like A-basin is opening Sunday, but I figure Monday is probably best as I imagine opening day on the weekend is a pretty miserable experience. Updated OP and headed up early Monday morning. Might go Tues as well depending on how I feel and what the Gov is doing.

Yeah, but I just moved here and being from the East Coast, which is all high density WROD's, I figure it'll be kind of nostalgic to be dodging gapers on tiny little runs.

I wonder if they'll get jumps built into the park this year. Last year was a huge fail on that part.

i can honestly say.. i've never had the intention of riding a-basin, or loveland in that matter, for their parks!

However, my daughter loved the lil features!
