Only headhunters I've found are for "experienced professionals" like executives and I'm pretty much entry level; graduated college, went to flight school, then deployed.

If anyone's got any ideas please let me know, trying to use all resources available.

Edit: Ah crap, didn't realize there was a job board. If a mod could move this I'd highly appreciate it.

Could you be more specific, are you looking to hire a head-hunter, find one to get you a position? If it's the latter, some background would help. I have a lot of people in my LinkedIn, all IT related and several recruiters.

Headhunters are a ripoff. I was considering hiring one until he told me that his fee was $3500 plus 30% of my salary for the next two years.

With a degree and military experience, your best bet is to apply for civil service jobs or positions with military contractors. You could also use your flight training/experience to become a commercial pilot (but depending on the airline, most make peanuts for the first few years).
