Great place, my former boss just took a position there and my HR Manager's husband is there.

LR is still hiring. 4 new sales engineer and 3 new CRM positions were just added. My boss said he has gotten approval to add 10 people to our technical support team. This is a great place to work!

I'd say about a year in IT and a related degree. My boss has hired people with less experience though, if they interview well. I'm not familiar with the term "drop down help system", so probably not.
