Interesting dilemma, where does it fit on the street? Lights, plates? Would you ride it like a licensed bike or a non-plated dirt bike?

As long as the engine cases say 49cc...... You don't need a license, plates, or lights.....

You still need lights (Headlight tail lights and blinkers) and I think but I could be wrong, insurance.
