I have been tossing around the idea of picking up a GT-R as a second car however being that it would be a second car, it would be collecting dust most of the time. I understand the risks of renting a car out on a site like RelayRides and that people beat up rental cars. I am just curious if anybody would rent one if it was there and what price you would consider relatively reasonable for 24 hours/100 miles?

Can I take it to HPR? If so then yes I'd be interested. I'd pay $500 -$700 for a day with it.

On that note.

Condition of rental:
No race tracks.

Replacing tires after each rental does not appeal to me.

Those tires would run you about $3000 and all 4 have to be replaced, can't do one at a time. We have 4 GTRs in our lot and thought fun but somewhat expensive to maintain.

its worth renting if your gonna drive it all day, on a track since you will not be 100 use to it it could be bust or best day ever or OH shit did i pay for insurance...
there is two schools i think that have GTRs as rent available but thats after you take there driving class and test in the USA

having driven a r32 r33 r35 and r35 s12 s13 s14 but no s15 =( and 300ztt 350z-t 360z-t Nizmo versons of the sentra, altama and maxima each more then i can count on my toes

ID do it again. the R35 was not as fun as i had hoped it to be but the 4 i have driven 2 were stock one had 600hp the other 750ish just didnt put the smile on my face like the r34's and s14 did.
it is a beast of a car. Do you have awd driving experienced a and turbo it does take a bit to get use to, if you are planing to power through turns

100 miles come on that could be done in 1 or 2 hrs depending on your drive

Shit if I was going to drop a 100k on a toy I would make sure I have driven it first for a good long while.
