Looking to build up some endurance before race season and have been looking into crossfit, anyone do this?

Thoughts?

I love crossfit for the killer workouts (not the knee high crossfit socks and $80 t-shirts). It has helped me a ton with my military physical fitness tests, don't see why it wouldn't help with racing.

Crossfit will kick your ass into shape no matter what sport you're doing

Living in the Denver area, I take advantage of the mountain biking. It's a great workout and it's fun to be on 2 wheels no matter what the occasion. The fact that it helps my cardio for racing is just a side effect

Consistently working out in most any form is enough to be comfortable during a long race weekend. make sure you eat and drink well during too

Thanks for the input.

Figured I needed something after barely being able to walk Monday after my first laping day at Pueblo Sunday.

Checking out a free intro class next week in Breck.

And maybe I will find a woman like this...ha

Bicycling is best for the least impact on joints and damn great workout for legs and cardio.
