Breakfast in Carbondale lunch in Gunnison 8/13

I'm not a great lead or planner. Saw a post about Palisade peach fest and since hitting the black Canyon a month ago I'm ready to head west again. (and since everything relatively close is either post flood or bicycle heaven). I'll be leaving Arvada around 5 or 6 and I know my bike will/should make Carbondale on one tank. Probably not noob friendly because of the distance. I'm not very fast at all. Shoot me a message via PM or text. Route will be probably same both directions.

Just a heads up for this weekend..... Bike race the 18th and 19th on 82 & 133. One lane about 3 miles from the summit of McClure. It's only 150ft.... Clean for the most part. Nothing that will jump out at you.
Now to get out of Glenwood!
