I didn't think it was ugly really. It's a 5 series afterall. They are big and wide and flash. But they did overdo the badging. That does remove some of it's dignity.

And who cares if it's complex. I doubt (I hope!) that anybody buying a 500+ HP M'freakin'5, really concerns themself with asking for Nav-directions. :lol:

Looks like it probably drives better than an S65 too. The twin-turbo 12 on the benz pushes out an extra 100 ponies though.

Ms are nice but too expensive. We looked at buying a 6 series which is a 2 door and looks better I think. You dont get the M but they also shave about 10K off as well. And last year, if you were willing to pick it up at the factory, you could get free airfare for 2 plus insurance coverage for 30 days and an additional amount off the price plus shipping and port fees back to the US. I would have dobe it but just didnt want the payments at the time.

Hope they have a similar promo next year and I will consider it.
