Very good song except he was not playing that . Yes he knows it but there is no way that he can pull out that quality in his room , the recording is professional.I know because I play guitar also.
It sounds like Malmstenn , Satriani or Vai.
Japanese guys are verry persistent on recreating stuff like that close to the perfection .

There is a good chance it is real. He could just be playing into a MIDI processer (sp) on his cpu or something of the sort. I noticed him being off key/tone a few times and also missing a few beats so I would think it is real.

I'm going to have to chime in on this one. Being a guitarist for 10+ years.

This isn't a Malmsteen recording. Malmsteen doesn't play wrong notes or out of key. Is always in tune as well.

This guy is good, but with the flat notes, out of key scales it wasn't anything to get impressed by. He was also out of tune..He's a excellent guitarist and with more practice he'll become even better. Practice makes perfect. That's the old rule of thumb....

Nevertheless very good vision. Hope he keeps it up...
