2015 BBQ Planning Thread.

Proposed Date: SUNDAY JULY 26

Proposed Location: Clement Park

Shelter: Bob is checking with Performance to see if they will sponsor it again this year.

Food: We should be relatively funded. So with those funds I will supply burgers, dogs, some brats, buns, condiments, some pop and water and a pony keg.

Grill: Grillmaster Mitchy Mitch

Needed:

Drinks, side dishes, desserts..

Food ideas:
- Potato salad
- Macaroni salad
- Cole slaw
- Chili
- Green chili
- BBQ baked beans
- Chips and/or dip
- Fruit salad
- Vegetables & dip
- Watermelon
- Pie
- Cake
- Cookies
- Soda/drinks
- Water
- ??? (any suggestions?)

Other stuff we can use:
- LARGE coolers
- ice ice baby
- EZ-up canopies
- camp chairs
- games (ie: volleyball net; football; frisbee; etc
