View Full Version : Had to drive from Estes Park to Fort Collins.

While in Estes Park, saw a sign with the Colorado flag and a 7 on it. It called to me, so I answered. My favorite road in Colorado.

Little confused.... you rode highway 7? Definitely one of my favorites as well.

My back yard! Although, the pavement heaves in the "narrows" makes you pay attention on the downhill runs.

That used to be one of the best roads in the front range. The floods screwed up the pavement and it is still hairy in places. (I guess it makes a difference how fast you're going as well) There are better roads now.

Clearly he rode Hwy 7, and as you can see from the picture, some douche in a BMW totally cut him off.

Are people still shooting outdoors right off of that junction? I thought they shut it down for people leaving too much garbage up there but I heard some last time I rode it

It's in my "back yard" so I've been up and down there lots. Haven't heard any shooting for a year now and haven't heard any so far this year.
