Good ole legal loopholes. Basically it is legal as a topical, but not to snort or use in the black market; they use it to cut coke a lot of times. The issue is they would have to prove the person buying it is using it for the wrong reason. This is just like "bath salts" and "salvia extracts" that are usually sold as incense or salt to put in a bath, but people found out it gets them high when they smoke it. Even dried banana peals will get you high when smoked. :lol:

Although one of the most lethal powder/liquid out there is acetaminophen (Tylenol).

:lol: I have general knowledge of the stuff. That Sun article is WAY over sensationalized! Benzocaine on its own as a cocaine substitute is not very effective.
