Denver – CO – January 31, 2006 – Racing 2 Save Lives is pleased to announce that free instruction will be available to those riders who are new to track riding. With help from ApexTrackDays and Madison Racing, street riders will experience the exciting transition from the riding on the street to racing around the track.

ApexTrackDays is the only commercial track day provider based in Utah and has more track days scheduled at Miller Motorsports Park than any other track day provider. The mission of Apex is to help riders discover the unparalleled fun and excitement of riding high performance sportbikes in a safe environment. Madison Racing is the first and only independent provider of racer certification for the Utah SportBike Association (USBA).

“Racing 2 Save Lives is an ideal opportunity for a street rider to see how much fun it is to ride on a racetrack,” said Clay Stucki, an ApexTrackDay instructor. “The minimum donation is very affordable, all of the money goes to a great cause, and because there will be instruction and coaching provided for free to all of the riders who are new to the track, it is hard to imagine a better way for a motorcycle rider to experience the thrill of riding fast on a racetrack.”

In an effort to reciprocate the help and support received along the way, Scott Christensen created Madison Racing and has sought out opportunities to share the passion and knowledge with others that are starting out. “These opportunities have included being involved with Racing 2 Save Lives since its inception,” said Christensen. “As Apex and Madison have a strong sense of community and a love for this sport, we can think of no better way to combine them than the opportunity to work with a great charity.”

Created in the Spring of 2004, Racing 2 Save Lives is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children's charities by raising awareness, involvement, and capital within the motorcycle racing community through donations, corporate sponsorship and fundraising events. All profits generated by Racing 2 Save Lives are distributed among carefully selected organizations that have a significant impact on the lives of children-in-need, and their families.

“We are deeply honored and humbled by Racing 2 Save Lives request to head up the new rider program and be the lead instructors,” stated Christensen.
