I have purchase several things from them on several occasions. Sprockets, brake rotor, mostly stuff for dirt bike. No problems. I did not have to return anything but they have a 15 day return policy.

If you are looking for factory OEM parts, RonAyers.com had good prices, I have ordered a kick starter for my bike from them for a lot less than I could get it anywhere else. You might want to check them out took if you are looking for oem.

Ordered friction plates on Monday from BB and had them Saturday. No fancy shipping, just USPS. I am pleased.
