Actually ... alligator does kinda taste like chicken ;) It's a nice tender white meat ... depending on how it is served ... definitely tastes better than Kangaroo :)

BTW, Spidey, what was wrong with the pic that Hoopty and myself couldn't get it to work?As far as I can tell, the image uploader translated a non-english character, but the web browser just sticks a %ea in there. I found the image on the server, that's how I was able to figure it out.


BTW, I've had shark, and in my opinion, it has a texture very similar to steak & doesn't really taste fishy from what I remember.
