I have an Electric vest that I use that I plug into my bike.....

If you go this route, make sure you get the Thermostat...you will be nice and toasty......

Thanks, I appreciate the effort! It's a 50/50 blend. Cotton/poly. Probably not flame retardant which adds additional warm in case of a fiery crash.

I have seen those at the local wal-mart, heh furthering the "redneck" image. I call them my 1890's Prospector PJ's .. on butt ass cold snowboarding days, (you know below zero) I will wear them under my "normal" snowboarding gear. It only seems logical that they would work for riding :)

I may need to invest in training wheels for the snow tho, or knobbies ;) I have seen motorcycle training wheels, they are for "kids" (like me?).. at first I thought they were a joke, but if they are a lot of people are working together to fool me.

I bought some at Cabella's last year and its VERY warm and easily fits under tight leathers, etc.

Under Armour is awesome..... I like their Polo shirts because you can wear them under your jacket if you ride to work and they do not get wrinkled or pack them in a Backpack....

Has anyone tried the Under Armour Compression leggings? I'm looking at getting the Cold Gear ones, but want to make sure that they are going to be worth it. My ride is about 45-60 minutes in the morning and my legs need some help staying warm.

I second that as I have perforated leathers and when it is cold, the cold gear long sleeve and leggings work great. Feels all toasty inside!!!!

I dunno.... looks a little bulkier than the ski pants that I wear (warm enough for a 30 mile commute down to about 10 degrees or so)....:cold:
