Has anyone ever had any work done at Steele's Cycle on Union? They quoted me $175 for a valve adjustment, which is half what all the suzuki dealers want. Anyone heard anything about them?

I know the owner Rick Steele, he's a good guy but I don't know how the work is on bikes there. Denver Motorcycle off 5th Wadsworth quoted me $175 for the valve adjusment on my SV as well.

i was an idiot when it came to wrenchin' and I learned how to adjust the valves on my busa.

I would think the sv would be a snap. what does it have 8 valves total?

buy a svc. manual and gove it a whirl, spend the dough on some tires.

I bet if ya wnet to the sv site I bet ya could get it in step by step detail

svrider.com I think

I was considering it, but for some reason doing the valves scares me. I do all the other maintanence. However, I brought the bike yesterday to steeles.... so its too late :D
