Honestly? OUT HERE!!! I live east... go east! do the 83 plus loop thing that Pilot had someone doing the other day. Sand exists out here... but a lot less then it is up in them there hills!
But..... I'll go wherever.

I rode in boulder area sat and it wasnt to bad most of the sand was on peak to peak. I don't know 83 do you ? I do now nevermind 83 is parker road in my parts
I found that post, parts of that ride would probly be fun be I think thats a little to far south far me.

i hear tuesday will be a great day to ride. possibly in the 70's. a front-range loop 83/105 would be decent.

hey n1, where you at? ride, where are you?

rideco
Mon Nov 6th, 2006, 10:03 AM
I am ok with front range roads. I have been looking for good roads on the FR since winter is starting to move in and the normal roads I ride are sandy. So lets plan on doing 83/105. I am up north in Broomfield but I can meet you guys where ever. What would be the best place to meet for this loop?? And we still need to come up with a time. Suzinpink why dont you call the time since you are the one who has some other things going on that day.

n1, Ok no problem. suzinpink said time is not really much of a factor for her now as long as we are back by 3. So lets think of another route.

I'm unsure of how badly sanded some stuff is.
How do you feel about meeting in golden?

Mon Nov 6th, 2006, 11:39 AM
If you guys meet in Golden, I'll go for a quick ride over lunch! :)

Golden Gate, from what I heard, isn't too bad yet. Deckers is extremly clean, in fact, probably the cleanest I've seen it (but I've only ridden it 3 times in my life )

The Conoco is clean. The Shell has a little gravel but not too bad for ridin'.

suzinpink
Mon Nov 6th, 2006, 11:52 AM
C'mon... this ain't brain surgery! Lets meet in Golden. where you think it will be good? 10:30 or 11 OK? I don't know Golden really well so I can't name a place to meet I hate the sandman... so if it's sandy, you all will have to just truck on ahead of me... and meet me in the end!

I'm thinkin golgengate to 72 to nederland and then either up and down canyon and then peak to peak (72) to 7 to 36 home or down canyon to 36 to 7 to 72 back to nederland and then down canyon again to 36 home either way is good.
This puts us around the 3oclock

Y'all have fun tomorrow while I am working. :( My boss is coming in from out of town, so I will be here cleaning the lab, in case he happens to stop by. I wish I wasn't such a slob sometimes :)

PS: I think the gas station is visible from 93, its like at 93 and Washington or something.. its near a coffee shop called Noa Noa.. where the Duc group meets :)

EDIT: damn I can't type worth a shit

Oh I thought you would come down 70 for some reason.
I could meet off 470 after 25 somewhere is you want. Off quebec by behind chucky chesse there is a shamrock. If not its really preety easy to find just take 470 around to where 70 is and go left so just stay in the fast lane and then there will be another split but stay to the left and it puts you on 93 and take that 2 miles or so, I think like 3 lights you can see the sign on the side of the building from 93 coming from that way.

Oh and here's that link to the rest of O boy with the R1's vids
http://www.drsardonicus.com/

What ya think? The one that was posted on here is gotta be some of the best shit I've seen
He had to do the same run like 10 times with the camera in a differant spots each time cause if he had 10 cameras on the bike you would see umm from angle to angle and he had to have somekinda flex arm mount deal are something for that sprocket shot
