If you're thinking of trying this, start out with a bark collar for a dog. All you have to do is take the two metal pionts of contact and rub them on a hard suface until you see the light go on and then touch it to you to shock you.:D
After you can handle this repeatedly, you are ready to move up.:crazy:

also must have been pretty low voltage to not knock them out.. i mean i know some people are imune but the only reaction there was just knocking them back a bit
