Anyone want to get out for a little ride on Thursday AM? Looks like this upcoming weekend might be sunny but cold (50's) but Thursday to be in the 60's.

I'm thinking 10:00 depart as other duties for the day will have the afternoon occupied but a few hours of twistin' the grip might be fun before the turkey sets in for nap time:siesta: .

Morrison 9:30 for coffee & bullshit then maybe hit Turkey Creek just for starters.

Who's in?

Mark Scott is briging out the Duc and I'm gonna Duc it too. Chester is coming out also so there should be a few of us anyway. Thinking a easy run down to Deckers just to get out and have a little fun.

See ya out there.

Looks like a chilly morning, but we will be there. David, just don't go straight today and that tire will go for about another couple thousand miles.

Mark hope you are ok! Take it easy up in the canyons next time out, it is fun, but dangerous. Hope to see you back in the saddle real soon!

For the rest of you! It was a beautiful day and a great ride as well. The perfect way to spend thanksgiving morning in my opinion. It was nice to see such a great turn out and meet some new faces!!

Shit happens and that sucks. The potential for these incidents is great up in the twisties and that is what gets the adrenaline going and makes this so fun. SAND HAPPENS and it is one of the risks we take.

Mark is one of the best ridders that I ride with for numerous reasons. These are also the same reasons I ride with CSC. Safety concerns being one of the greatest, not going as fast as you can ALL the time.

I have also ridden with Mark on many occasions and he is very conscious about riding within his ability, yesterday he made an error.
I will say though, the lead group was probably going a bit fast for the conditions and this time of year.

I could tell that he is a capable and conscious rider just from watching him ride through the first part of our ride. The worst things can happen to even the best riders and sometimes no matter how careful we are, things can happen that are out of our control. Mark I wish you the best of luck, and hope to see you out again real soon!!

My apologies if it sounded like I was picking on you Mark!

Didn't get that at all. Sounded like you were just another rider asking about the welfare of another rider. Thats why I like this group.

You apparently know the rules... You can't pick on others until you get over a thousand posts.

Mark is OK. Shoulders a little sore though. Bike just has some rash but some TLC and it will be better than new.
