I may show up as well… hope to see some of you guys there.
Want my tires worn out before I go to Pueblo so I can put on the pilot powers, maybe the 2CTs….
Does anyone know the conditions of the dirt road stretch over there? I would be riding there, no trailer.

I'll probably be there on the Supermoto if the Hare Scramble doesn't happen
Their web site is a little lacking in info. Do they have separate times for different kinds of vehicles on the road track? What will they let you ride on it?

They will let you ride it on pretty much anything. It is tight, small, and twisty. It is a lot of work on a big bike. A lot. If there are enough people there, they will break into 30 minute sessions between karts and bikes. Also, if they have rental karts they will make you get off (most of the time). That is because they make a lot of money on the rental karts and don't want us scary motorcyclists out there with them. Most of them can't drive anyway, so it is probably better. You need a helmet and stuff to cover your limbs, but they don't much care what it is. You should wear leathers and boots and gloves anyway, cause blue jeans and tarmac have a matter/antimatter relationship when they come into contact with each other.Originally Posted by dirkterrell
On a slightly different topic - they are repaving sometime in May. I just called them and asked today.

BTW, Adam thanks again for the lift!
Ok, thanks for the info. I was thinking it might be a fun track to ride the 500 Interceptor on occasionally and it's not too far away from me.Originally Posted by Filo

Nice to meet you guys out there today…. feels good to get out and play
The track was a little slick, but overall a good day. The kid at the office said that the $10 increase (on the asphalt fee) is to raise money for new pavement over the summer, nice…
Take care,
Diego.

Who all got stuck in that traffic SB I-25? I pulled of at 136th and took Washington down to 104th and got back on. Could see a 1/4 mi. up the highway a bad rollover had all lanes blocked.
We got stuck in that hella traffic, that sucked.
That was a great time today! Thanks irdave for helping me out, that made the last time around soo much better.
It was nice to meet everyone out there, hope to run into you all out there again real soon.

David,
I hope that you are doing well; we haven't had a chance to talk for awhile. I was thinking of going tomorrow. I think I am going to take the fz-1 out there. I am trying to get Ken to go as well, but he is feeling a little sick. I can't track Terra down; his phone number doesn't seem to work anymore. Are you headed out tomorrow? Feel free to give me a call 310-343-3636
I can't make it out tomorrow, I'm trying to finish up the bike for upcoming track days. However, sunday is a definate possibility though. Maybe Ken will be feeling better by then?
