Well if you're modeling the CSC after the current presidential heirarchy - that actually means Ralph is the BRAINS of the organization. Hmmm... nope... definately NOT based on the current administration. Then again... what administration has ever had a P and a VP that are equals? I guess that makes the CSC a first of its kind.
