non-animated smileys for post a message
Can you please make it so that the "Default" smilies, the ones that apppear on the "newthread.php" page, are non-animated. People can still click "More" to get to all the really annoying ones, but for some reason this page (newthread.php) really taxes the hell out of my pokey old laptop.
For some reason my "new laptop" fund keeps getting used for bike parts?
