Need to change brake & Clutch Fluid

NOt really sure how to do it, can someone kinda tell me the best way or maybe theres a web site that explains it?

brake fluid, open the resivour, suck the fluid out with a bulb. Replace it, then bleed the brakes for a bit. top it off.

I will be installing new pads and calipers on my R1 either today or tomorrow. If you wanna join we can do both at the same time. Give me a holla if you have not bled yours yet. oh yeah, I'm in Loveland.

I have not been able to take my bike out much this season so I am gonna go ahead and do mine as soon as I can. But the tech day does sound like a lot of fun.. I will comment on that thread.
