Le Mans doesn't have the long straights that would favor Stoner's Ducati, and Rossi and Yamaha have fared well there in the past. My bet is on Rossi - assuming he doesn't overshoot another damned corner.

I think Casey is going to be tough to beat. He's been on a great run lately and has a lot going for him. His confidence should be high, Ducati seems to have gotten the bike right and the Bridgestone tires seem to have made a huge leap forward as well.
I hate to be a supporter of little hairy men but Rossi is looking good to take this. IMO

Rossi was looking good to take China too... Then Stoner beat him anyway. And Stoner's not on a roll, he's got the fastest bike down the straights. In the curves Rossi reals him back in. I think Stoner has this one, the straights should be long enough.

Yeah, and if it would've been a 24 lap race (or thereabouts), Hayden would've gotten some points! more than Rossi even!
I still can't believe how far Hopkins dropped after switching to full wets! 2nd right behind his teammate to damn near out the top 10. Poor Johnny!

Ya, that took its toll on the front runners. Vermulin came from around 18th to win, if people would have played their cards right that could have been and easy steel for De Puniet, Tech 3 Yamaha, Barros, etc.....
