I was under the impression that he saved it. In fact, I remember seeing him save it.
Not a shred of evidence exists in favor of the idea that life is serious.
I saw a replay of the race and he did save it. It was pretty sweet.

Nothing like seeing that crap in real life, though. Ricky and Turpin had a 'disagreement' about their respective lines in turn one on lap 13 of ROR this weekend. Ricky lost a few seconds and was riding hard to catch up. He saved a highside coming out of turn 4 that had me running towards him. I could see a whole lotta daylight between him and his bike- spooky, but seriously cool.

DAMN!!! Is there anything he CAN'T make a bike do??
