Thumbs up Re: 2nd annual FOG BBQ June 9 - First Pics

Great food...really great food, Steve. Thanks bunches for the hospitality. I'm glad my helping out this morning with breakfast didn't make anyone keel over.

So, a few shots from today's geezer's parade...

I feel like singing..."In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the lion sleeps tonight..."

Of course, I'm thinking this particular lion is gonna be sleepin' just fine tonight...note what's behind him along that wall and window...

Yeah ok, it seems a bit dork'ish, but yeah it looks like all the steeds have been fed and are bedded down for the night...

Shhh...don't anyone tell the "kid" he just rode with a coupla old farts...

Thanks guys for a really fun day. I really enjoyed riding with everyone.
...ready to take on the world...one canyon at a time...

Once again, thanks to Steve and Lanette for the wonderful friendship, food, and hospitality. The B&B is AWESOME! Relaxin' in the jacuzzi tub after drinks.... As Jeff said, definately top-shelf!

    You guys missed out.

    Steve and Lanette,

    Thanks for the great:
Food (you gotta post the recipe for the mint basil chicken),
Drink (nothing like a cold beer after a hot ride),
and conversation (Not many get togethers can you seque from proctology exames into farm equipment maimings without missing a beat?).

You guys have a beautiful place.
    Thanks for the hospitality.

I want the one of Steve doing smoking zero-radius donuts in the driveway on his killer lawn tractor!

    Rednecks RULE!

P.S. Is your avatar the car from "Speed Racer"? What is that? It's hard to tell from such a small pic.

Oooooh, we have a winner! 50 Mach 5's were built 7 years ago from a shop in California. Based on the C4 frame, google it and you will find it.

That's what I thought. Do they make a "Racer X" car too? I take it that one of those 50 isn't yours? Here's a cool site and car. I want one!

Yeah, each one of the Mach 5's were 175k.......not happening here. I believe they came with 400 hp motors with odds and ends. No Racer X's were built. The idea of the Mach 5 at the time was that a movie was in the works but never came to be.

    Nice Chevy......
