    Suspension

So I need a good place that can set up my suspension for me. I can do the rear shock however as I understand it from Alex, to adjust the front suspension on the SV, I have to change the fork oil weight. I suspect I'll get good at that

We're camping this weekend. Although I might be able to head over. I will check out the site, thanks.

    Hi.

Yeah, not only have I known that bike since before Alex got his hands on it to race, but I've got a huge range of springs, oil, and seals in stock just for the SV.

And if you want, I can meet you at IMI (Mondays are really good) to help get it set up for you.

That would be great. Monday's aren't so good for me unless we're talking about after 3pm? I believe I can do the rear one on my own, however I always like to learn if that's ok.

    Re: Suspension

Yeah, too bad fixmyshit.com is already taken... If it wasn't, I could just carry a big ass hammer with me, and maybe some rags and matches... Wouldn't have nearly the overhead I've got now!

Oh, Saturday afternoon. I work until 5. Let me know what you've got in mind and maybe we can work something out.

And sure, I can plan on Monday after 3... I'm already planning on showing up around noon and wearing some rubber off the tires on the motard, then I can help set up the SV- sounds really good actually. If you're thinking of doing this, please get in touch with me directly to set everything up.

Friday and Saturday Rita and I are up in the mountains camping. I believe we're coming out Saturday but not sure what time. I'm also out next Tuesday-Thursday taking a ride up to Custer for the Sport-Touring.Net National. I will be back the following weekend for sure. Not sure what our plans are for Sunday. Next Saturday might be the best if no other day is available.

I've done some reading about suspension and like always, I can get a majority of what's being discussed. There are always a couple of things that, when clarified makes the whole thing come together.

I'm also a newbie to this aspect of riding, although I bet it'd apply equally as well to regular touring. I'd like the bike to be set up properly for my weight. The front end is a bit wobbly (trying to tuck) in the corners. I don't know if that's a suspension thing or something else. I set up the Hayabusa to be pretty accurate and it seems to ride like a rail. I'm pretty sure that had I been wearing leathers before, I probably could have gotten better lean out of it.

So I approach this as a newbie. I'm not even sure what I should be feeling to know it's set up correctly
