    My attempt to not have to buy a race body for the F4i...

    Taking some fiberglass to the existing fairings to try and make them be able to hold the required amount of fluid.

    I think it might just work and could give me the needed time to save up for a race body...

    nice, but if they were in good shape you coulda sold them on ebay for 3/4 the price of a set of race fairings.

    uppers go for 150 alone

    Good point, I just dont have the time or the gumption to try and sell them. Want try and get this thing ready for the next race.

    Man, I've got the itch but limited funds... :P

    So it comes down to trades like we made and $30 in glass over a $4 or $500 body...

    Besides, I like constructive destruction
