CSC Trackday- Payment Information

Hi all,

So we are filled to capacity and I'm requesting that you send me payment if you've got one of the spots. Please read these instructions carefully, I'll try to be clear and brief.

1. Payment is due on June 29th (one month before the event) Anyone not paid at that time will be moved to the alternates list and one of the alternates will be allowed to take that position. THERE IS NO WAY JUST TO PAY ME THE DAY OF THE EVENT, ALL PAYMENT IS DUE IN ADVANCE.

2. I will mark your position as paid in the original thread when I get your payment.

3. There are three ways to pay me.

a. You can mail me a check:

c. You can Paypal the money to me. My account is set up to take credit cards if you need to pay that way. I'm not going to require it, but this method of payment costs me money, so if you would be so kind as to add a few bucks if you pay by paypal that would be outstanding.

$85 for group 1 (please be prepared to prove that you belong in group one when you get to the track. There will be no exceptions)

Thanks to everyone who's already paid and especially those who sent a few extra bucks.

Just as a reminder, if there are any extra funds at the end of this event they will be donated to the 502 safety fund that was created after Gene's wreck last year. This fund is used to improve track safety in Colorado, which benefits us all.

I will be ready to prove I should be in group one. Hopefully I will be running with them and not all the way in the back. Its going to be so much fun. Maybe after people have got to the know the track we could do a mock race. Of course if everyone is comfortable with that.

Group 1 has to do with track accreditation, not who is fastest.
You need to take the MRA school if you want to race.

I've done the MRA school. Every time I ride with someone faster than me, I try to learn from them.

Yup....egos can get checked at the gate. I'm asking a couple of responsible and fast riders I know to act as "track marshalls" to keep the bad stuff to a minimum. I hope each and every person comes with the idea that it's a fun track day, not a roadrace. If everyone can adopt that attitude all will go well.

As a measure, Racing 2 Save Lives had 380+ riders and four days with 7 crashes. To match that number we would have to have 1 or fewer crashes at our day.

Come with the idea of having fun and being safe!

I'll be posting up a scheudle for the days once the payment phase is complete.

OK....One week out and we're doing OK, if your name is on the following list you've not sent me payment yet. If you have not paid me by the 29th (one month before the event) you stand a chance of losing your spot.

The day is going to be really exciting and you aren't going to want to miss it. We have collected over $800 in door prizes to give away during lunch (no actual doors, but it's still a possibility), have a great instructor crew coming for the Group 2 folks and to make things even better we have photographers, an ambulance crew (let's not need 'em) and the Pueblo cafe open all day! Don't miss it because you didn't pay me in time is all I'm sayin'

I'm working on getting you money, paypal is being a bit slow for me at the moment. For verifying my motorcycle course, do i have to bring something, or is it okay that ricky has put me down on the list of riders that he has passed to be on pmp. I've already been down 3 times, so i'm getting more comfortable with the track. I've been out the same time as Joe (my first time out), and I spent the whole day monday with John Glaefke. Let me know, i can work something out either way.

I'll have the money to you by the 29th or at least in transit.
