You are aware that a twin produces less power per cc than a 4, right?

The current 999 makes over 20 LESS horsepower than a comparable 4 cylinder displacement. Why do you think that Ducati left the AMA? Because they could use the necessary parts to make the bikes even slightly competetive.

Displacement isn't always the key.

Another example, the AMA FX series. The Ducatis running are 840cc bikes. They finish top 10 but do not compete for wins. Why is that as they have a 240cc advantage?

Also, the AMA recently killed the Superstock series. One of the reasons given was that the lap times were close to those of AMA Supersport 600s. The reason the AMA allowed slicks in the class was that the lap times would have been even closer on DOT tires.

You simply cannot just say displacement is the reason a bike wins.

No real need for anything other than distilled water until it starts getting cold out again. You'll want to make sure it doesn't freeze, but other than that the straight water should be fine in there for the summer.

Fleet,
I have water and water wetter in the 636 and it seems to be fine, every now and then it gets up to 222 on the temp guage but thats not too often.
