AWESOME Amazzon....thanks that will help a ton!

So....some ideas I have been throwing around and put on the flyer so I hope we get some response:
    1) We will have sportbikes on display, this will help bring in the crowd too
    2) Any racers that could bring their race bikes up and park them would be cool too!
    3) Bring the pocket bikes for display as well, something people just like to look at, but I have to say there will be no riding in our lot due to liability issues.
This is gonna be huge, now i know everyone was talking about helping in any way they can to help raise money for whoever, so lets get to signing up!!

Thread has been made sticky. Unfortunately it looks like I'm going to be missing all the fund raising that's coming up in the short-term - Tania & I are leaving early Saturday morning for a week in Mexico... without the kids.

Good luck with all the fund-raising efforts!

We are getting there...need more bikes and people though. Talk is already spreading around. I got Carquest involved and hopefully will donate the soap and supplies. Signs are done and taking them to get enlarged and hang around at local businesses.
Again, not to be sexist, BUT WE NEED MORE GIRLS TO HELP OUT! Its one day and lots of fun in the sun....you can work on those tans ladies

Wahoo- I'd love to go up there and help out, but there are races in La Junta that weekend, and it's 3 hours away. I'll be out there practicing and won't be able to make it. If it was the week after, I could make it... I guess I'll have to try and make the next one.

I just left a message in the colorado street racing website. I sponsor a few of the car clubs. Hopefully they will help us out with the turnout. If not I will charge them more for the parts. Just messing, I won't be in business without them.

So I guess I am wearing the thong??

    Thanks Scer.....
Which reminds me---if anyone can post this info up on other boards that would be great.

Here is the address of the wash:
    Stan's Automotive
    1950 W. South Boulder Rd.
    Lafayette, CO 80026

(from Denver--I-25 North to US 36. Take that to hwy 287 which is broomfield exit. Go north until you hit South Boulder Road in Lafayette. Turn left--west--go about 1 mile or less. We are on the right hand side next to the credit union)

As for bringing things....bring whatever you want. We have a soda fountain in the showroom that volunteers can drink from for free....soda, lemonade, water, coffee if needed?
remember though...we need bikes there for display and to draw a crowd so don't leave them at home. Bring what you can with ya or bring by on Friday if needed
    THIS IS GONNA BE FUN!!

Boy am I gonna miss the bus. We're gonna be camping- otherwise I'd bring the beemer by for a cleaning. I'd have to pay a TON since it'll probably take 2 people half a day to clean.

I will have some flyers at Brecks on Wed. night. I won't be there as early as usual, but probably make it there no later than 8pm or so. Any help is appreciated.

So far I am trying to get Carquest so sponsor this too and donate the soap and washing materials. I will be getting hotdogs and buns and trying to get someone to donate that as well (more profit)

If everyone brings what they say it will be great. Towels, shammies, sunscreen, and a smile
Again, I will open up our soda fountain for everyone to use that is volunteering.
I won't have both styles of pocket bikes by Saturday yet...but I will have some of them on display.
We will make signs and use "sandwich" boards to help with some of the marketing. Everyone will have something to do--do doubt with that.
