Looks like I may be able to come since my plans changed and I'll be in town this weekend. I can sweep if it's needed.

Yes but can you sweep really really slow people?

Ill hit it up if you have some room

If it works out that we have enough sweepers, I may ride at different spots in the group after each rest stop. Follow anyone who wants coaching advise, etc.

That would be a great help, as I'm sure there are several people that would love to have that kind of advice, including myself.

Thinking about this one... I'd like to go, though I am oncall for work. Hrm.

IF I can go, I am happy to lead or sweep.

I will try and make this one since I haven't been on a group ride in quite some time. Probably a good idea if I sweep as well or remain in the newest group and at the back.....

If anyone is actually keeping track (of the noobes), I regretfully need to withdrawal. Free tickets to the Telluride Jazz Festival; couldn't pass it up.

I was really looking forward to meeting some of the unique "characters" that post on this board! Not to mention, I feel like I'm at the point to were I could use a few tips from an experienced rider.

If anyone is north or west of Denver (I'm in Boulder, but flexible) and willing to compromise their personal ride for educational reasons on another day; I'll gladly buy you a beer.

Count me in. Just got to make sure its not too near a race weekend. The 600 is never streetable, and the gixxer is a couple hours to convert back and forth.

Man, I wish I had my bike back together. Guess I'll have to get it going this winter so I can do lots of miles next year.

Pretty new to the forum, (have only met one person from the forum) but if this ride goes from Morrison up towards Lyons I would like to join it. I've been riding for a few years now but haven't ridden in many groups so a newbie group might be a good way to start. I have to work at 2pm so I may cut out about half way or so.

Jay, you can always organize a group ride at IMI. To make it more real we can take a lap and wait for the straglers to catch up. Just think, if somebody goes down, no cops to write a ticket!!!
