Spectators? (for the 7/29 CSC trackday at PMI)

Rita decided today that she'd like to come down on Sunday to spectate (or perhaps help in the corners if possible). She's not going to be interested in leaving here at 4:30am or so to get there at 7 though. I expect she'd be more likely to get there at 9ish. Does she need any special instructions or phrase to get in the gate

Is there an opportunity during the day (and before lunch) for her to get across and into the pit area? As in are there scheduled breaks and she'll _need_ to be there at 9 or would she just have to wait for one of the 20 minute breaks in the track and come across then?

She should be able to cross between sessions. I think they are trying to have someone man the cross over.

Thanks Bueller. Since it's a closed CSC only day, does she need to be identified at the gate (is there a gate?) or otherwise be known to be allowed in? I haven't been there before so I don't know how it works.

Hey Carl (et all)

It's no problem at all, spectators are totally allowed. There will be VERY short opportunities for crossing the track between sessions. I have volunteers who are offering to watch the gate and we will have radio communication with them so that we can make very quick change over's between sessions. She may have to wait for a short while at the gate.

There IS an Open Lapping Day at HPR the 29th--which is what I thought you meant when you asked if I was going (18th & 25th too).

So you missed PMP but could do HPR if you had that day off.
