Anyways, have fun with this class, im sure it is going to be a blast..
No cost to come watch, as far as being track ready, you will only need to flush out your radiator with water and you can add water wetter. Head and tail lights need to be taped, mirrors removed.

If you want to just come and check it out, come by and introduce yourself....

Will certainly do my best Dirk! Would love to roll with another 750 (though mines very out dated!). This day is still a bit iffy for me since my boss is in Colorado that week, and he leaves on Friday. Since I'm the president's bitch, I may need to stick around.

I'll let you guys know for sure by this Friday.

Re: Who is going back to Pueblo?

Anyone going Friday only that has room for another bike on a truck or trailer? The reason I ask is that Diego "Vehicle 1" is back in Colorado on the 15th and would like to join us on Friday Aug 17th but doesn't have a way to get his bike down there..... If you could help out, that would be great!!!

That's awesome news. I do hope he can find a way to get down there.

    Hey,
Like Slo1299 mentioned, I would love to make it to Pueblo on Friday. If someone has a spot in their trailer I would be happy to take it! I could drop my bike off the night before to make things faster on Friday morning. Of course I would contribute with traveling expenses.

Almost three months without riding.... sometimes I have to check my pulse to make sure that I am still functioning.

OK. That would be Wednesday. I don't believe he is track certified. Is he in line for Friday training. I'm thinking about renting an enclosed trailer for the day or two. Man, I've been at Pueblo 4 times in the 30 days and the drive is easier with the bike in the back.

Re: Who is going back to Pueblo?

If I am going, ill have room in the trailer for a couple of bikes. Ill be just friday even If I can swing it.

Im a bit sore from a nasty crash yesterday, and have to work out some resulting problems on the 600 that ended my following race early. Turns out crashing can cause the bike to have trouble in the following race, even if it "looks ok". So if I feel up to it ill bring the GSXR down Friday, and if anyone else wants to split gas/trailer space let me know.

Re: Who is going back to Pueblo?

Cool! It sounds like we have a couple options here.
I got your PM SixnChange, thanks. It seemed like you were not sure about Thursday night or Friday morning, but I canīt go on Thursday. So if you want to go on Thursday I could maybe go with Jayock; if he does go…
Even if I have to travel on Friday, on Thursday night I could drop off my bike anywhere in the Denver area, that way we could have an early start in the morning.
Let me know what you guys think, I will keep checking the forum till my flight Tuesday night.
Thanks, I hope we can make this work out...
Pilot, I have the AMA membership, so I think that I am ok for Pueblo.
    Cheers,

Re: Who is going back to Pueblo?

Hmmm, AMA membership? Not sure about that one, if it's just the 40 dollar packet, I don't think thatll work. But I thought you did take a race class in the past 3 years, if you did, just bring the certificate with you. Might want to contact ENE from pueblo and see if your on the list of people ok to ride there.

I'm pretty sure Diego told me he took the MRA class earlier in the year...

Re: Who is going back to Pueblo?

I took the Racing/Safety class at Pueblo this year, so I think I can ride there as long as I dont race, since my bike is not race ready. The AMA card was sent to me two weeks after the class. I also have that little "diploma" you get after the class.

    D

Dirk, yeah I took that class.
