    Grips

    What are you guys using for adhisive for grips.
    Just changed the r1's and hairspray (aka ol fathfull) dident work.
    I have some 3m stuff but thought I would consult here 1st to get some Idea's

    I use rubbing alcohol. Goes on well and then evaporates leaving the grip adhered to the bar....I've never had it fail.

    Performance sells some grip glue that dries @ 1 min. I used it to install my grips on the 636 and it worked like a charm.

    I use cooking oil and chewing gum

    Don't be a cheap f*ck, go to Performance or TFOG and spend 2 bucks on grip glue

    i've had superbike grips for my last 3 bikes. 8 bucks at performance!
