I was a top-8 Expert finisher at Willow Springs and didn't use tire warmers. Do they work? Yes. Are they necessary? No...I cant believe you asked if tire warmers are just " a cool thing " ... Good stuff LOL, uhhh I've never seen anyone race without using them
