    1995 FZR600 troubleshooting question

(Also posted on MRA racing group)

I have a question for all the mechanics out there. I have a '95
FZR600 that no longer runs right. It is bone stock engine wise. It
will start and idle but after just under 2 laps at SCR it dies as if
it is out of gas. I push it back to the pits, take off the gas cap,
and it starts and makes another 2 laps. I thought it might be the
vent hose, so I took it off and the problem didn't go away. Also,
the problem did not exist two weeks ago. The only difference is that
two weeks ago I had 1/2 tank of gas and last night it was a full
tank. One last note - the battery is really bad. Any ideas would be
    nice.

First off, charge the battery. Double check all of your electrical connections just for good measure - I've seen cables that looked connected but fell apart when you touched them, physically grab each one.

Hmm, pinched fuel line maybe? Would starve it out maybe...
