For many CSC members, the Internet apparently is reality. I don't know what the implications of that are in this case, except that it's probably a good thing.

OK I went to get some water wetter today and the shop had "Engine ICE"
    Boil over 256
    Freeze proof to -25

Is this product approved for Pueblo?

    Sorry Steve,

It's not. Engine Ice has glycol in it and that makes it very slippery if it gets spilled on the track. Straight water or water + water wetter only at Pueblo.

btw... You can pick up Water Wetter at the auto stores for less than what Performance sells it for.. by a couple bucks at least...

ohh.. and I also heard that there is a good chance that CSC Calendars will be sold there... so bring your $20.. that's 16 months of CSC SEXINESS !! Proceeds go to charity !

Actually it does help lube the water pump, but given that you only put a cap-full or two in there anyway it isn't going to do much in that area.

In any event I have a couple bottles of the stuff here, so if anyone thinks they need it that day just come see me. Also remember not to let the bike get much below freezing while you are missing antifreeze, and put some back in right after you get home.

My experience is that the bike runs 10-15 degrees cooler with water wetter in the system than without. That's a big deal on a day like our race day in August where ambient air temp was over 100. I agree that for the 17th it's not necessary.

As of 12:30 AM Saturday morning 11/10 we have:

    82 People signed up
    21 People paid
    19 new students

I am calling the class FULL at this time. We do not have enough instructors to cover any more new riders during this day. If we come up with a couple more instructors I'll open up some additional spots, but for now the remaining 8 spots are for non-class participants only.

    Thank you!

Does this mean if we have not paid for the "class" yet we are SOL? I went to pay but it won't let me pay for the class... even though I "signed up" a while back. What's the scoop?

Guys, if you haven't paid yet it doesn't mean you won't get a spot; there are still a lot of unpaid vs paid entries. Just get there on time and you should be fine.

As for the class, I'll defer to Scott on that. If you were on the list for the class, then you're in it (paid or not). If not, Scotty will have to determine if we have the instructors to handle more students.
