If anyone is in need of fresh paint or has any questions about taking care of their paint, i'll do my best to help you. Ive read a few forums for a while now and paint rarely comes up.

I'm not sure if SydneyBlue was actually offering to paint or not, so I hope I'm not stepping on toes here. TC (Troy) out here does awesome paint work and I'd recommend him whether you want a touchup or the whole thing done. I don't think he's on the board here (I'm not even sure he's a member of CSC, though he should be) but if you want, I can get him in touch with you...

I have a small 2 inch portion near the seat that has been scratched and I am looking to touch it up with the stock blue color. Im not even sure it needs to be done. I just need to get a hold of the right color to get the job done. Just thought I would ask since he posted about paint and I happend to need it. Im open to all ideas. Thanks for the post. If U want to PM me an email or phone number I will look into it for sure.Originally Posted by rforsythe

There is club member named "TC". If he rides a GSX-R1000, then it's probably the same guy, but I haven't seen him on the board yet.Originally Posted by rforsythe
That would be him... He doesn't come on here, I'll have to tell him to check the forums. He's offline today though.Originally Posted by Spiderman

Bluedevil: sounds like no problem, it might just buff out
rforsythe: yes i am offering to paint, or repair, or advise
I know you guys dont know me from a hole in the ground, and like i said, i rarely see any posts about paint, so i thought i'd toss my 2 cents out there.
Ive been painting bikes for 3 years, and recently started my own shop

Yeah, it's kind of hard to buff out when you're down to the raw plastic!Originally Posted by BlueDevil

Hello to all, If you know me then ahgo&^%(yerself
If not well *drum roll please*
I am TC, and I am a bike junkie.
all kidding aside - I have been painting for 13 years now.
here is a bio in a first attempt at a html page for a class project 4 years ago.

I know I need to update it, but it is a intro for Paint by TCR.
If you have any question, feel free to e-mail me, holla at Milehigh or Ralph to track me down, and send up smoke signals...
I have worked at many body shops in Colorado, have a Assoc. of Arts Degree in auto repair.
dropped out of the field and went back to college (went from one saturated field to another  )
But my passion for bike was always there, and combined with painting, I offer my two wheeled brethren my service.
I thought of the sticker thing. haha Its on a corner though. So I cant get a sticket to go there. haha It will look so bad and will fall right off.
I ordered paint form colorite that is a perfect paint code match. With some clear coat as well. I got 2oz bottles for about 20.00. I should have them any day. Ill let U know how it looks. Well most of U will see anyway sinc eI seem to be seeing you every week. haha Thanks for all the help, tips, offers.
