Picked up my new Vanson leathers today

Thanks go to Matt, a cool guy down in Denver that ended up not racing, and thus sold his leathers to me at a great price. He wore them twice, and they look brand new. Full Vanson hard armor and back protector included. Now I know why I got the yellow gloves a couple months ago...

Right on, I love my Vansons, they're the most comfortable clothes I have. I feel super safe in them.

Mine seem to have a special anti-gravity force field as well.

May you have the same experience with yours.

That's one of the more awesome well-wishes I've heard for a motorcyclist! My Teknic suit would have been adequate for racing, I think, but I'll feel a bit more secure in the Vansons, plus they fit me even better than the Teknic, particularly in the arms and calves. Now I just have to decide if I want to sell the Teknic's or keep them as backups.

Yeah, they are super comfortable, I wore them at IMI on Tuesday for the first time. They are much easier to move around on the bike than my Teknics. I paid $350, including all armor and 5-plate Vanson back protector, price as advertised on the MRA classifieds.

Considering I paid about that much for my Teknics on Ebay (once I bought the armor and back protector separately) I think it was a killer deal!
