I have a '94 CBR 900 RR that has been garaged for 18 months and I'm wanting to get it road worthy again.

I rode it lightly during the summers, changed oil every year and I believe I added gas stabilizer before I put it away. It has never had a full service or tune outside of a carb adjustment.

I bought plugs, have a new battery and filter -- and am looking for a dealer or shop to bring the bike back to life by:
  • putting in the new plugs
  • oil and filter change
  • carb clean and tune up
  • chain lube
Anything else I should consider, the bike has 5400 miles? I know the bike needs more than the winterizing package the shops offered, but I got a quote for $520 and think it is way high.

Can anyone point me to solid service tech who does good work for a fair price?

thanks,
Dave
