I need to pick up two pairs - I'm tired of using ear buds that tend to fall out and swish around =/
Any recommendations? I found these online:

Looks like a decent pair, thoughts?

Since listening to music is illegal while you are riding, I bought a chatterbox which comes with these headphones that are in your ad. The plus is that you can listen to music, answer your phone (if you really want to), talk to others who have a similar system, and most importantly, turn it off if you get pulled over without the cops knowing that you are listening to music.
Our Lee Parks Design customers have found these high-quality ear buds very comfortable. We sell quite a few at the International Motorcycle Show events. Like all our products, they can be purchased on-line.

They provide audiophile sound quality while reducing noise equal to custom earplugs. They are ultra-light, easy to store and have the appearance of standard hearing protection.

well being illegal that is ture but both times i have been pulled over on the bike i have had them in and playing. But nothing was said or done about it. I just asked my cop buddy and he said that it is a minor charge and that they cant pull you over if they see you have them they woud have to pull you over for something else first.

You're right. However, if you get the ticket, it will easily be enough to pay for a chatterbox system or a system like it. In my opinion, it's not worth the gamble.
true but im cheap

FALSE! Here is the actual state traffic law below. Notice the highlighted text. It simply says that having them in your ears is illegal but not built into your helmet.
42-4-1411. Use of earphones while driving.
Statute text
(1) (a) No person shall operate a motor vehicle while wearing earphones.
(b) For purposes of this subsection (1), "earphones" includes any headset, radio, tape player, or other similar device which provides the listener with radio programs, music, or other recorded information through a device attached to the head and which covers all of or a portion of the ears. "Earphones" does not include speakers or other listening devices which are built into protective headgear.
(2) Any person who violates this section commits a class B traffic infraction.

Good to know. If I ever get a ticket for this, I will make sure to call you.
Or just know the law. The police officer will. So will the Judge, which means the officer won't write you a ticket for something that won't actually hold up in court.
You best defense is simply to know what the actual laws are. What is quated above I copied and pasted directly from the Colorado Revised Statutes. Just google it and you will find a searchable database.
