    Michelin pilot road 2

    Hey,

I need to buy new tires for my bike 03 YZF600r and I’m thinking to go with the Michelin pilot road 2. I hope someone is currently using this tire and can provide me some feedback.

I haven't tried the road 2's but had a set of pilot roads that just got replaced with Pirelli diablo strada's (same tire as the metzeler z6 roadtec)

I've had roadtecs on bikes before and have always come away impressed. Excellent wet traction, great overall grip and extremely long life. The pilot road's were OK, but the pirelli/metzeler tire is better in my opinion.

If you're up north get in touch with the folks at MotoAdventure Kawasaki or Epic motorsports. They both offer good service and reasonable tire prices.

I'm planning on putting some PR2's on the VFR soon. From the remarks made by people who have used them, the difference from the PR's to the PR2's is like night and day. They thought the PR's sucked but the PR2's are pretty good.
