    MOCO ride for 3/8

I was thinking about it and I will start the official thread.
    Say 1030ish?
I need some leaders since I haven't done this one before I will be following trying not to be the last one in the group. More like a sweeper.

I'll be there pending good weather... If there are going to be a few groups I would be happy to lead or sleep a slow one. I dont think the people that want to go at a brisk pace would appreciate following behind me...

MoCo is a relatively good starting point for most of the mountain routes west of Denver - which is why it's popular to meet at.

There will be plenty going on in the Springs don't worry about that. But you have said that you want to ride a lot on leave so you might want to check out moco while your at out.

hey brat, i dont think i'll be hanging with you on the turns until i get some track time to learn how to corner at speeds. most i've done was 50-60 around them on 24 going up to woodland park..course that was at 10 at night

I'm w/Matty. A low key in-town ride might be decent, weather depending. Not gonna do anything intensive w/out my rear brake, but a couple hours of puttering about & grabbing a hot lunch might be do-able. have to see how everything turns out.

    Re: MOCO ride for 3/8

It would have to snow when I want set up a ride.
I am open for some ideas on the route?
On a nice day I would say squaw pass until Idaho Springs for pizza. But that was cold on a nice day in Denver.
But PM me if you have a better idea. I don't want to post up one where every Johnny law can see it.

    +1

I'm leery of riding anywhere near the mountains so soon after a recent snowfall. Give the cagers time to get the sand off to the edges of the road.

Well now you ruined the surprise. Thanks. I was going to get the money and we were all going to jump on Brian's bike so we could get away.

Seriously, I have no good idea's of where to go in town. So please think about it and let me know.
