    DSO Ride?

Anybody interested in setting up some Dual-Sport-Only rides for CSC'ers this summer? We always have street group rides going, but never anything for those who aren't strictly asphalt-challenged.

I'm thinking maybe a two-day ride somewhere as non-direct as possible, maybe with some camping overnight up in the hills. Bikes would have to be street legal and we'd cover a pretty good distance with this whole thing, but the general idea would be to hit as much fire-trail and back-roads type stuff as possible, where people on a GSX-R for example will not dare to tread.

My DR650 needs some exercise. Who's in?

    Re: DSO Ride?

I'm in Ralph! I just bought a NX250 for commuting duties.
It really does not like dirt but it will if I have my say.
    I also have a KTM 300 2-stroke with a plate which prefers
dirt to asphalt. Now if I could find a common ground life would
be perfect, but alas life is a compromise as is riding. Let me know
where and when and I'll see if I can work it in to the schedule.
This year looks pretty busy from this point of veiw.

I may end up getting a dual sport, if so I'm definitely interested!
